Ok after seeing so much weight loss initially and still not following through, it was starting to get depressing. Admittedly, my training regime has fallen off the band wagon completely now, and the eating habits were gone out the window.
Seeing that I have been floating between 105-107 Kg’s for the last 3 weeks something had to change. Travelling to Port Augusta does not help the cause as choices are KFC, Macca’s, Hungry Jacks, basically all the good stuff to bulk up and not the muscle kind.
So now the mission is to get back into routine.
That means the following had to come back
- 14 Hour fasting – that means only eating between 8am and 6pm (sadly sometimes gets pushed out to 9-10pm).
- At least the morning training sets start again.
- Cutting out the carbs and sugars and processed foods out.
The good news is that even though fast foods were back in my life, the feeling of guilt and or saying to yourself “Shiiiiiiiiiit, you know how many push ups I gotta do to burn that crap!” my weight did not exceed 107 Kg’s, and by simply sleeping I was able to burn most of that KFC off.
