Dinner was at @garcon bleu. Again we manage to have Daniel our sommelier who is very knowledgeable and picked the perfect rose champagne for the night. Forgot to take photos of it. Relax just getting started doing these things.
Did manage to polish all of it and tonight’s Terrine was lovely compared to last time we had it.
Could barely could finish the beef cheeks and had a bit of the mash, overall very nice meal.
