3 months in and most diets would of either failed or start to begin to fail at this point. At least I can say even though I failed my exercising regime, manage to have fast food, my lifestyle change still handled the falling off the band wagon.
The morning set of exercise this week had not changed and only consisted of the following
- 3 sets of 15 push ups
- 3 sets of 20 second planks
- 30 squats
