Earlier in the week, after hitting the scales so many times and not seeing any real results. Einstein’s definition of insanity, “Doing the same thing expecting different results.”, obviously had to spark something had to change.
The mission this week was to get my eating routine back into order so that the 14 hours of fasting can be achieved.
The morning set of exercise this week only consisted of the following
- 3 sets of 15 push ups
- 3 sets of 20 second planks
- 30 squats
The results of achieving this
The night sessions are meh at the moment when I am in the mood to do it.
Will need to change the mind set to make it my duty to do it. Only getting back in to the rhythm of a routine will this happen.
