So, found my new weight set point, to which was not much more than the previous point. Now I am fluctuating between a small range of 105-106KG. To be honest, there has been some slack on my part as well. Portion control has gone out the window when going out to dinners, during those dinners, I am not doing my nightly exercises, however I am still doing my normal morning routine, but skipping breakfast.
I have noticed now that my aching muscles are quicker to recover now and the aches only last for a very short period of time.
Today I will be flying back to Adelaide for approximately 2 weeks which should get me back into a routine.
